We mold a wide range of elastomers including Natural Rubber, HNBR, NBR, Nitrile, EPDM, SBR, Neoprene, Moldable Silicone & Urethane plus many more. We utilize the latest in zoned electric platens, which maintains even heat across the mold for a tightly controlled and consistent process that ensures a high quality part. We utilize Transfer/ Compression, Vacuum and Non Vacuum molding presses. Our presses are capable of semi-automated, short and long run production using either your existing tooling or our own custom built, low cost tooling.

Our Machine Shop has over 40 years of experience in mold and equipment design for the Rubber Industry. Computer design done with Solidworks to Camm Software allows us to download the model to produce hi quality, low cost tooling and equipment. We have the ability to read your Unigraphics, .iges,step, parasolid and many more industry standard files. If you need Compression, Transfer, Injection, Prototype tooling, Cold Runner, Cold Pot Transfer or any other type of Equipment Fabrication, we have the experience and capability to deliver.
