multi-zoned electric platens, which maintain even heat across the mold for a tightly controlled and

production using either your existing tooling or our own custom built tooling.

One of other areas of expertise is the application of rubber to metal bonding adhesives on a variety
of substrates. We use dip, roll and spray coating methods using high quality industry standard
adhesives. Our extensive knowledge of bonding rubber to metal allows us to match your material
and molding process to the correct adhesive for your application. Our in-house engineering allows us
to adapt existing equipment or fabricate custom equipment at minimal to no cost to the customer.

equipment design for the Rubber Industry. Computer design done with Gibbs Camm
and Solidworks allows us to download the design model directly to our CNC Machining
Centers to produce hi quality, low cost tooling and equipment. We have the ability to read
your Unigraphics, .iges,step, parasolid and many more industry standard files. If you need
Compression, Transfer, Injection, Prototype tooling, Cold Runner, Cold Pot Transfer or any
